Diamond Hole Saw — Make Round Openings in Tile, Glass & Stone
💎 Diamond Hole Saw — Make Round Openings in Tile, Glass & Stone
Need a round opening for a fitting or fixture in a hard surface? This Diamond Hole Saw is designed for wet drilling in compatible ceramic tile, non-tempered glass, and stone such as granite and slate. Choose the hole diameter your project requires and pair it with a suitable drill.

⚙️ An Abrasive Rim for Circular Cutting
The diamond-coated rim grinds around the perimeter of the opening, leaving a central core inside the hollow cutter. Side slots provide space for debris to escape and access for clearing retained material after the tool has stopped.

🔧 Connect It to a Compatible Drill
The shank mounts in a drill chuck that accepts its size, bringing hole-cutting capability to your drilling setup. Check the shank diameter for your selected option and secure it before use. The drill and other machinery shown are demonstration equipment and are not included.

💧 Start at an Angle, Then Guide It Upright
With the workpiece supported and secured, begin gently at approximately 45° to establish a starter groove. Gradually bring the cutter perpendicular to the surface as the groove forms. Keep water at the cutting area for cooling and debris removal, using equipment suitable for wet drilling. Use rotary mode without hammer action, and do not use on tempered glass.

📏 Choose the Opening Size Your Project Needs
The size chart shows cutting diameters of 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 25, 30, and 35 mm. Match the cutting diameter to your required opening and check the separate shank measurement for drill compatibility. The chart displays size options; it does not indicate that all 12 sizes are included in one purchase.
