The removable basket gives you access to trapped debris without reaching deep into the drain. Detach it, dispose of collected hair, rinse the mesh, and reassemble. The basket is specified as 304 stainless steel, and the pop-up mechanism is identified as brass.

🛠️ Install from Above on a Compatible Drain

Remove the existing stopper according to its design, position the rubber ring, attach the filter basket, and insert the new assembly. Check that it seats correctly and that the cap opens and closes freely. Existing stopper linkages or crossbars may affect installation.

📏 Measure Your Drain Before Ordering

Designed for bathroom sink drain openings with an inside diameter of 1.1–1.45 inches. The top flange measures approximately 2.32 inches across, and the basket measures approximately 0.87 inches across. Allow clearance for the lower assembly, shown at approximately 2.6 inches below the flange. Check both the opening and the space inside your drain.
